Epic 3 in 1 Remodel | Turning My 2 Bedroom House Into a 3 Bedroom

In this video, I’m going to show you how I turned my 2 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom. At the same time I remodel the kitchen and hallway which also required work in the attic and basement. And we’re gonna do it… Right Now! 👉

Actually, let’s start with wow! What a year for my family and I! For the past year, I’m going to show you what our life has been like; non-stop, calculated remodels to not throw our life into shambles, and well, sometimes exhausting. I must have well over one hundred hours of unedited footage. 😲

Maybe one day I’ll post it all, bloopers, outtakes, you name it, but for today, you’ll get 40 minutes of the epic 3-in-1 remodel. From remodeling the kitchen, the hallway, a 3rd bedroom but also adding in some attic and basement projects to support those remodels, I’ll go over my thought process while completing it all. And don’t you worry, there is a great surprise(s) thrown in there!

I wanted to thank you all for your years of support and I truly appreciate you watching my videos. I hope you enjoy this video! And if this is your first time consider subscribing for more home repair content like this!

  2. Oh man, if worked it right, could have made a play area in the attic with stairs. Left most of the ceiling open. I wouldn't have left those stairs but put a set that wouldn't move. Platform, railing so he wouldn't fall.

  3. I understand when you say "nothing is level or perfect". My husband and I gutted and remodeled a farm home built in 1900. It was a lot of shims and rebuilding if walls and shoring up old walls. Plus this house is true lumber. Everything is for example a true 2 x 4. Lol try matching that up with todays lumber sizes. Plus every room was lath and plaster. That was a dusty mess and lots of hauling out of heavy buckets of plaster. Lol more like cement. It is all done but a few finishing touches.
