I dont understand why the oldest ruins date from the 1100s, the oldest tombstones..so they probably added 1100 years to our timeline…i became 1 et voila i365 becomes 1365…its what some Russian Historians Claim..

As with all restorations of historical interest the rules and regulations are necessary to prevent the loss of the historical element, and by its very nature costs a fortune, and every historian/architect say about the “responsibility” they take on, but what always bugs me is that some of these buildings wouldn’t exist today if people didn’t take on the task, but, as far as I’m aware the very people who dictate what can and can’t be done don’t provide any financial assistance to the projects, and that causes, without a doubt, many people to walk away, and in turn the building crumbles to a point where it can’t be salvaged, and the historical building has gone, whereas if financial assistance was provided then many off those properties could have been restored, the very people who are making the rules consign buildings to become nothing more than rubble.
A land survey in the UK and the US are two totally different animals. There aren't many places where we have to look for archeological artifacts.
