  1. Imagine the seller or an investor listening to the conversation from 12mins in. Guilt tripped the guy, sold a sob story then admit at 13mins they intended it to be a HMO.

  2. this is rubbish i am disabled and i can not get them to top up my garden with soil the grass is 1 foot lower than the path a inspector can said sorry cannot do , we have no one who will do it . when he called me i heard him say ,,,, he wont answer any way ,,,, .. he did not know i heard him i confronted him (( he said i did not say that )) the inspectors of doncaster council are dishonest and cannot tell the truth at any cost

  3. Sad things is that this country does not allow you to take your own money when you sell gour house to another country when your relocating they tax you high so no point of investing here accept for one living property

  5. Dude the seller who sold you the house gave you the house in terms of it be a family home – but you sold it and u had intention of doing it HMO or SA – lovely property btw original owner be gutted sorry had to mention this !

  6. if you want to know how fucked it is for young people to get on the property ladder in 2023 to you older generation that say its easy that house was last occupied when you yourself was in your 20s 30+ years ago ratts squaters UNINHABITABLE etc most run down home in the uk it was called in a newspaper report AND IT STILL COST 160K TO BUY

  7. and people wonder why they can't afford their first home anymore, it's because of people like this. Fuck society, lets make loads of money using dodgy methods to avoid taxes. And my god that house looks dead, the neighbours houses look so much nicer.
