I remember watching your channel a few years ago, when I was still living with my mom and just decided I want to study interior design in the future. Your house was my biggest inspiration! 100% get the tumble dryer! We had a mold issues and gettining it made a huge difference, would recomend LG, also rhonson dehumidifier, amazing brand. Both last at least 10 years and will be absolute game changer for your whole house!

You really should consider getting new countertop. It sucks, but its better than having mold in the house especially in the countertop that needs to be food safe. The rest of the house looks great though, especially loving the lighter floors.

Can you just get a remnant piece of butcher block and fit it in between the hob and the sink? Can u cut out the peice and flip it over! All the hard work is paying off!! Looks great!

Do your have enough counter to salvage from your laundry area to replace the damaged area?

If not could you try cutting out the bad section and inset an off cut of stone or one of those oversized tiles possibly so you dont end up with water damage again?

The floor looks so good as does the adorable radiator cover.

I absolutely love the black and white floor—it’s such a timeless and elegant choice. You did an excellent job, and I truly hope that both you and Hayley had a wonderful honeymoon. I also hope you’re both enjoying the process of getting organized together.

On a more personal note, I’ve been in the hospital with my partner since October 22. He is undergoing treatment for cancer and recently had a bone marrow transplant, which has been incredibly complicated. He’s currently struggling with his breathing, and it’s been a very difficult time. I’m honestly overwhelmed and scared; it’s just so much to manage on my own. My heart is heavy, but watching my favorite videos on YouTube has been a small comfort, allowing me to unwind while he sleeps.
