Nice and clean inside – zero curb appeal outside
That was one of the most artistic bad@ss 😍🫶🏾❤️🔥 homes I’ve seen. It’s a crime they didn’t save some of the art that was done in it. I’m so tired of the cookie cutter houses seen one seen them all type of vibe. The renovations was beautiful though knocking that kitchen wall out to make more of an open concept was a genius move. I’m more of an every room has to have its own unique vibe type of person. Overall still a beautiful home ❤
Love how shes poking fun. We all know shes doing white cabinets, gray walls, black Matt fixtures.
kinda pmo when you said a poor person owned a 500k house…
Beautiful work but you guys seem too judgemental which is turn off
ugly
Love the tile it’s kool
You guys are so judgmental and inconsiderate, think about how the people who lived there would feel if they saw this video. I started watching it and now I’m not
This house had a soul before! Now it looks like every remodeled house on every makeover/renovation show. Zero character, zero expression, designed for quick sales and profit. Sad.
I love terms like awesome and what’s up and I especially love white people remodeling white homes in white communities for white people keep up the white work!
Most of the carpet is under the bed narrower one on each side and a wider one at the foot end but anyway good job
I confess to preferring a lot of the original elements, in the "before" version. The bamboo tiling, the interesting stonework on the bathroom shower, I feel could have been preserved and even highlighted. I understand that the goal was to sell to a "vanilla" market, but I wonder if you had brought buyers into the older version of the house and sold them on the artistic original elements, and then done the other changes to bring some of the other things up to date, could you have actually garnered a better profit?
I couldn’t finish watching your video. The way you criticize and demean the previous owners of this house is really disappointing. They made design choices based on their personal taste and resources, not to cater to the lowest common denominator for profit. They were living in a space they enjoyed, and I think it’s disrespectful to tear that down. It made me sad to watch, and I won’t be continuing with your content.
That original style if they had more budget and bit of more design help was really beautiful. I really love themed out saturated styles. The original owner was getting somewhere. It’s easy to have what the end result was after they redid it to make it more normal haha, you see that everywhere. But to do something amazing and different I only see in really high end homes where they have the budget for it. To bad in order to sell real estate it has to be neutral.
The shell sink and wave tiling were beautiful. What a pity you didn't have the creativity to salvage them
So you left a horrible fence all the way around except for the back portion. Which you cut around a tree-which looks bad. you didn’t fix the driveway. You tore out established bushes and put nothing back to give you any kind of curb appeal. The exterior of the house-I didn’t even look at the gutters-looks almost as bad as it did before. So how are you gonna sell this thing if people can’t even get into the house without having a negative taste in their mouth.
As for the distasteful behavior, The above comments summed up pretty well, but y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. I guarantee you didn’t get into Internet TV stuff for that.
As you're walking through this house I'm laughing my ass off….
