  1. Love paradise cove! Grew up spending my weekends and summers on the beaches from Venice to Santa Barbara. We had friends who lived in the community and it was paradise. It’s become crazy with tourists but it’s still awesome.

  2. 3.9 mil for a mobile home😱!?!?! what about those hurricanes and typhoons, oh hell naw. I'll keep my place of $30k 30×60 2acres down by the creek near the lake at the end of the culdesac that's paid in full, now that's peace on Earth to me. Just me and the critters that stroll by. And a nosey neighbor here and there. Just learn which neighbor is harmful and gossipy and who is helpful and means well, who's just curious looking for ideas of their own and who's scoping you out to know when your home or not so they can do something nefarious later. You CAN still have it all but at a much much much lesser cost.

  3. Price doesn't even matter, I find my own material suppliers and even make some of my own. I just want to see and know if you can remove everything like all the walls and then go in and make it the way you want it that works for you. I need dos and donuts or you can't do that but don't do like my friend does and tell me you can't do something I know damn well you can because I've seen it done or the finished results of it. Ok please and thank you. Good job Man! 👍

  4. Whooo, this was my mothers house for about 15 years! I only recognized it from the outside because of the parking spaces to the right.
and the trees at the end of the deck. This is amazing!! The original coach still has alot of the same layout, they combined a 2nd tiny bedroom and the original bathroom to make that large bathroom. That price is bananas considering she bought the original coach (the renovated structure on the right side) in 84 for $28,000😲 Now Pamela Anderson and Betsy Johnson have homes in this park.

  5. Sweet reno! I don't understand why mobile home manufacturers are unable to take inspiration from the amazing reno's that I have seen of used mobile homes(many of these are done on a budget). Every reno essentially involved gutting everything. Why don't they just leave out the horrific wallpaper, drapes and cheezy furniture. It is not exactly rocket science to create a minimalist space with wood or Pergo floors. It is also not rocket science to make the exterior of the home look nice with corrugated steel, or steel/wood features. Wall to wall carpeting is so unhygenic and ugly. Keep the fixtures simple. IKEA style hint, hint. In other words just make a minimilist space and trick it out with a nice danish mod Ikea touch. It is amazing how one can transform the exterior of a mobile home with wood cladding. There are many European vid's on youtube showing this. I would also add that wood stove and solar options with a back up battery system should be offered as well. The tini homes from Spain that you showed are the perfect esthetic for new manufacturing. I really enjoy how you transform completely garbage spaces into something nice in your other Vids. Just saying.

  6. Kerry, you do an awesome job! People are people. 😂 😂 Prices change. They depend heavily on location, material, transportation type, and delivery fees. They add a lot to price. Not to mention, the videos stay the same once published and prices change as times goes by.
Here is a great idea: “For information on prices, please contact the manufacturer to kill your curiosity.” 😉 End of story.
You rock, Dude. We can never please Greeks and Romans alike in this life. 😊 👍 Raise the roof and rock on. 🎸 🙌
