  1. What has helped me is I put
Everything like random items or items misplaced in one pile, put of the way. then clean all surfaces when all clutter is moved. Then i go to that pile to put everything away. So much less stress than walking back and forth to put stuff in its proper place while simultaneously cleaning surfaces.

  2. The luxury of taking breaks can only happen if you are cleaning your own home/room. In the hotel industry? No breaks unless you smoke. If you don't smoke, you will NEVER get one. If you are caught not cleaning something and just sitting for a few minutes or seconds, you are considered LAZY in the hotel industry. Which is why we are worked to the bone and always exhausted.

  3. Yes good evening am requesting ajob in Dubai has house mind no experience but already to work i can clean, taking care of children and old people am already to work for two years thank you am waiting for you

  4. agree with putting it away IF it is in the room you are working on, if it goes to another room make a pile right outside the door of the room you are working on. If you leave the room or area you are focused on you may get side tracked in doing other thing in other areas.

  5. As a very young adult on my own, I decided to make cleaning very therapeutic, relaxing, and fun; it became very rewarding, and I managed to find a sense of FREEDOM.
I'd turn on smooth jazz, light a candle & heat up potpourri for AROMATHERAPY lol😅 I made that decision to have a healthy respect for the task & my obligations because my mother WEAPONIZED cleaning as torture, a way of PUNISHMENT, & power over me. I didn't want it to manifest in any other way; such as hoarding or OCD. I craved a healthy balance @ best. #MommyDearest

  6. Always take breaks! It's vital; these cleaning regimens are apart of our lifestyle. Taking breaks is an excellent TIP fit our health & needs. Plus, you don't want to have any resentments of cleaning your home & environment. Especially if there’s resentment or childhood trauma built around chores or cleaning demanded of you as a PUNISHMENT or TORTURE.

  7. Wtf are you wearing your outside shoes in their bathtub as you clean it? That makes no sense at all. Always take a pair of slippers or shoe covers with you so you don't undo what you did. Obviously you don't know what clean is.

  8. I have ADHD and own a cleaning company. Lol cleaning my own house is a nightmare because I try to do every single room at once and nothing gets done. I have to set a timer and try to beat my last time to stay on track with one specific area 😂
