As someone who loves to cook and loves a spotless house…..run! That kitchen is a non-functional nightmare! Cute and clever, but only good for people who eat take-out daily. And have air purifiers running 24/7. Need Q-tips to clean those cabinet doors.

For 1200 square feet you can get another bathroom. While the backsplash is beautiful it is an overall dark kitchen.
It looks beautiful. I would’ve liked a double sink or at least a deeper sink. And I think the kitchen cabinets are gonna be a big headache to keep clean due to the dust and oil and such found in kitchens.

I love what these 2 guys do but I believe sometimes they forget the practical side of things. Especially with the timber artworks they do in most houses. I can't imagine having to clean these kitchen cabinets or the mirrors and headboards they made in other houses with all those pieces of wood. I do like that they do not go 100% practical, because sometimes people, especially in poor neighbourhood, need a bit of whimsy and luxury, however sometimes it seems too impractical to be enjoyable in the long term.
How is $15k Purchase + $30k Reno = $45k Expenses at a sale of $90k a 600% profit?

I like what they did with the house but those cabinets will be impossible to clean, should’ve put a little more thought into that design.
This is when men design kitchen they just do not understand the practicality, kitchen cabinets with such carving will nightmare to clean
