My issue is the gap between the rolling door and the fixed door. Mine has the seal (don't know what it is called) that makes it impossible to reach those 4 inches without removing it. It's really on there. Any ideas?

Have you tried a Mr.Clean Magic Eraser? I would think it'd have a similar result as the 0000 steel wool?

What if the glass shower door has been sealed? There are still little droplet shaped water spots at the bottom of the door and I am afraid to use steel wool since it is sealed.

I have found for real caked on mess, I use a razor blade scraper first. Shaves it right off.

Used rain X after a good shower detail. Came to watch this video and giggle at the suggestion I already went with. 😂

2nd method mostly worked for me, but I had to spend over an hour reapplying and scrubbing, before I got almost great results. I might have to go the 3rd method, but probably good enough for now.

Why do you clean things that are already clean? Show us an actual door that needs cleaning-same thing with a shower stall.

There is a glass treatment called Enduro Sheild. If you treat your shower glass with that, no more hard water spots. It is designed for pool glass surrounds, but is miraculous on showers.

A few drops of dawn and bottle of water, light scrub them rinse.

if its so intense just use acid rain remover without using any of those scratch brush or steel wool ,just use plain microfiber cloth and you will remover the mineral deposit in just a minute or so 😂 just make sure you are well ventilated and wear a mask.

The scrub Daddy and scrub mommy do not work very well at all! even when I use really warm water they are not soft enough to do any kind of scrubbing. what a waste of money. and I made up your vinegar and Dawn dish soap solution and it does not work. my shower doors weren't even very dirty and I couldn't get them clean. ugh

I wish you could elaborate more on the "wipe down with a microfiber" part. I cannot seem to get the glass perfectly clear and streak free no matter how I wipe it or with what cloth. Microfiber leaves fuzz, dust, and hair, and does not remove enough residue to get a clear, streak free appearance for me. Any tips?

I have a huge problem with my shower doors. There is a very thin, transparent (I assume) silicone gasket around all the glass. Through the years water has seeped into the space between the glass and the gasket- It is stained an orangish ugly stained color. While it is very thin, I know it is there. I have tried CLR, I have tried a super thin brush with the vinegar/water/Dawn mix, – other things. I cannot get rid of that orangeish stain!

Im a professional cleaner and i use a metal pan scrubber on chrome and glass and it does an amazing job makes everything shine without any scratches gets rid of the hard water so quick.
