I wanted to give up millions of times but as they say the difference between success and failure is one more attempt.

  1. Good job bud. Yeah all that tiling, tap, timber lining up is incredible)).
    All planned, all planned 😉
Only could have happened with you still working well and tile etc square.
    Nice job all round 💪

  2. Absolutely right about doing work yourself, especially with cost nowadays, it's much more feasible than people think. Me and my brother did a full house ourselves everything from plumbing, plastering, brickwork, landscaping etc all with zero experience in the trade

  3. Well done – as a woman aged over sixty I painted the outside of my house during lockdown.
I bought a good ladder $100 of paint and did the whole lot myself.
If you can colour in – you can paint a house

  4. Um, fluorescent lighting, such as you put in the basement, will really jack up your light bill in a place where you really don't need it! "Nice effects" are not needed in the basement! Better to put that along the staircase for safety at night. But wow! A lot of work and it looks great, overall. Storage is everything. Closets, cupboards, and a back shed for your garden tools? Why expensive underfloor heating in bathrooms where you spend a very small amount of time?

  5. Hi, I have started just watching your renovation project on this tiny house very impressive and inspiring. Yesterday I just watch your open plan kitchen and now I was wondering where is your washing machine it in the basement 😮what are clever idea 💡 well done 👏🏼

  6. Well done for getting all of this done. As you said, it's getting some key things done but then doing many others yourself. I'm currently working on a Buy to Let up in Crewe and have come to know all of the people in places such as Wickes and B&Q etc lol. Your property is looking great, how many tenants are you hoping to have? Will it be a Buy to Let or a HMO?

  7. Wuhoooo you’re absolutely right – anyone can do it but u have to put some money in to get money – everyone is ripping u off with their prices – I’m so excited that there are ppl out there who think alike ! 😂
