Love everything. Thank you for sharing some really great ideas! One thought, in the piiano/tv room consider moving the carpet two feet forward to be more balanced in room. xo

You are truly talented ¡!!!!!!
Went to the paint store recently, matte latex is $60 a gallon. 😮 smh. I need 2 gallons of paint per room in a 1bedroom apartment.
Wow, I'm surprised that you suggested that people paint their bricks without pointing out that its not recommend in certain climates.
Brick is a porous material, which allows it to "breathe" by absorbing and releasing moisture. This property helps to regulate humidity and prevent mold growth. However, when you paint exterior brick, you create a barrier that can trap moisture within the wall.
In climates with high humidity or where moisture is prevalent, this can lead to increased mold and mildew growth, as the trapped moisture has no way to escape. If you’re considering painting brick, it’s crucial to use a breathable masonry paint designed for this purpose. This type of paint allows moisture to escape while providing a protective layer against the elements.
If you want to maintain the brick's natural properties and prevent potential mold issues, consider alternatives like cleaning and sealing rather than painting, especially if you live in a home with aging plumbing or if you live in high humidity parts of the world.
Great video! 👍👍
Nice job
She paints with no taping off and sloppy edges require a lot of extra work. Tape it off. Primer it first then paint one or two coats. Not taping off, to me, is creating a crap ton more work. But I absolutely love the color of the black cabinet to offset it , counter white quartz tops and the best is the island added. I love it. ❤
Illegal in my country to do electrical, must use a qualified electrician. So changing lighting is not cheap.
Are your walls textured? That’s what’s stopping me from trying some of those accent walls
Hi, what is the blind on the door you painted SW Iron Ore? How is it attached to the door? Also, what is that post made of (that you put the floating house numbers on)? Thank you!
