  1. Nothing new here. Standard procedure for a tv show. Not sure what they expected, but I would guess they wanted to be on tv just to brag and maybe increase the value of their home. But as I have watched enough of these shows I can see substandard workmanship and gaps in consistency. As the old saying goes, buyer beware.

  2. I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was building in a bad neighborhood that went belly up. I was just stupid to build, and because that's what everyone said, it's more profitable than prefab homes. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found Proopsy to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Proopsy.

  3. Last year, I invested $27k in Proopsy modular homes and made about $40k within the first year for renting it out—and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for pre fabricated homes because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, awesome content, brother!

  7. The wisest thought that is in everyone's minds today is to invest in different income flows that do not depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in modular homes from Proopsy, making $55,000 monthly profit on renting them out regardless of how bad it gets on the economy, thanks to Proopsy..

  9. Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. Thank you Proopsy!

  10. You work for 40yrs to have $400 – 500k in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $27k in a pre fab Proopsy home for just few months and now they are multi millionaires by renting and reselling them. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

  12. Man they just be so painfully embarrassed thst this lives ontbhe internet for eternity. "They told us ehat we should say." I'm screaming haha. Imagine not kniwing reality tv us scripted in effing 2017. They're 100% scummy people looking for a payout. Bottom id the barrel people

  13. Anyone remember the old HGTV show “Trading Spaces” where neighbors renovated their neighbors rooms in like 48 hours with absolutely no idea what it was going to look like? Can you imagine the shoddy workmanship there? I remember quite a few tears on that show.

  14. These shows just often turn out to be a lot of smoke and mirrors. That extreme coupon show had them use coupons the company never issued, and the stores would often have coupon deals that only ran on the afternoon the film crew was there. On the cheapskate show the crew incouraged them to dumpster dive and reuse paper towels, and other silly corner cutters that they didn't actually use off camera. They are kind of fun to watch, but so fake. I question those weird eating shows, like the lady who eats cornstarch all day long. Yeah, not really buying those either.
