Thank you!

I had to wade through so many JUNK diy ceiling vids to find yours.
Thank you for such a straightforward video. My boyfriend and I have a dead animal in our basement ceiling that we need to remove and we were worried about filling the hole. Hope everything goes this smoothly!
Always wear a mask when sanding
So for a small area you repaint the whole ceiling, but how about a large area? How do you repaint the damaged part without leaving any mismatch between the old and new paint?
Ahhh, thank you for this video! Gave me the confidence and knowledge to patch a large hole in a ceiling after my husband stepped through it, lol. So apprecitate the explanation for each tool!
Hi! Great tutorial, thanks for sharing. I addition to a hole, I have long cracks ok the ceiling of my bedroom, would you have info on how to handle this please? (it must be a variation of this tutorial no?). Will I need to repaint the whole ceiling?
Do i have to paint the whole ceiling after?
Smart handy woman

Someone get her a mask.
utterly superb instruction mademoiselle!from start to finish.a wembley masterclass.we're out of the fa cup third round proper.your team took our team to the cleaners!
Say out more often, love the Canadian accent
So good
Instead of making more work for yourself by cutting out a hole in the ceiling that's already there just use a Dremel on a new piece of drywall. If you don't have one of those still make your square cut and just cut off the corners. Then a little fine-tuning and you're good to go.
Hello, thank you for this video! What size screws do I use for 1/2” drywall? Thanks!
I've repaired this kind of damage with a California patch, which is considerably easier.
The prettiest presenter ever! Thanks!
What sandpaper grit did you use? Great video. Thank you.
Any tips for doing this with a stomp textured ceiling? I'm guessing it'd be easier actually because I won't need to sand to make it smooth.
Does it have to be 5/8?
Hi,
Thank you for this video! It's the best one I have found. I have a 2 inch hole in my ceiling. I tried to used putty and a patch but gravity took over and it was a big Fail.
I assume it was because I didn't secure it with the wood.
I don't have a drill so I'll have to buy one. Should I just go to lowes for the wood and drill? What is that tape called please? I will show lowes this video. I am very handy once I know what I'm doing.
What kind of primer did you use? I didn't see it linked in description. Thank you.
Bravo! Take care of yourself – wear a dust mask when working with sandpaper.
watched the whole video and not once do you mention which compound you are actually using to do the patching, epic fail right here!!!
This is excellent, straightforward and easy to understand. I appreciated all the comments and will read through all of them before I attempt this project. We took down a ceiling fan (bigger hole) and added a can light….what do you recommend to add the dry with a smaller circle – two halves or one square with the round hole for the can light?
very nice
Job well done. The only caveat I'd say is, please use face mask. You don't want to breathe in all those dust.
I used this video to patch my ceiling. Very helpful!! Especially love the tip about the primer.
But do be careful of the tape used. It irritates the skin. I’ll be switching that out next time for the regular tape.
Turned a little hole into a giant project. Nah.
Awesome girl! Love that you're glamorous too. I'm a woman furniture restorer and upholsterer and I dress up for work and always where makeup and lipstick! Nice post and well explained. Thanks
I have to say…this video is amazing and you're an amazing person! Whoever married you is one lucky dude.
Great job!
Wow than you
