  1. This video should not be followed. The clamp metre for checking live is too complex. A voltage tester that only has that one function for testing if a wire is live is preferable. Mistakes could otherwise be made.

  3. I enjoy your videos. They are very good. This one is a very convincing one to switch to the clamp. One issue I have with an old Extech 22-816 is that it does not indicate which probe (red or black) goes to which side (left or right). Wonder if you care to help to answer that. Thanks
