Its the month of June 2022, and we will be busy harvesting summer vegetables from our vegetable garden in our back yard. We will be harvesting bottle gourds (lau, khodu, lauki) cucumbers, courgette, Aubergine, snake gourd, Bitter gourd, and chilli peppers (Naga Morich, ghost pepper, Trinidad scorpion, carolina reaper)

Would you try your hand at napa cabbage? It’s also called Chinese leaves. Very delicious , used in kimchi. You should supply our high street exotic store. It’s small speciality store on Wanstead High street.
