I use a white fitted sheet on my box springs. I had an interior designer friend share that with me. I am so glad I learned that.
I know this has nothing to do with making the bed, but rather unmaking it when we leave a hotel, I strip all the sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover off. I leave them and the pillows in piles on the bed. They can count them if needed. I know that the housekeeper’s only have about 25 minutes to turn a room around. I appreciate how nice the room was when I came in and I want to make their job just that little bit easier.

Do you know it is better to have your pillow cases on the wrong side fold and then when putting the cushions just old the end of the 2 ends it flip it in, makes it easier.
