thanks for this great video. What are your thoughts on grow bulbs in regular lamps? I want to put some plants in places where I don't get direct sun. Do they work? Would they work in a lamp where the bulb is facing up and not directly on the plant like you showed with the clamping fixture. Thank you!!

Hello I don't know if these lamps are the same I ordered on Amazon or not.Yet they cause cancer because of the metal material they house.Read the description on them, may be may not be but it was the same style .Take care.

That BR30 in a clamp light was reasonable — everything else is bullmanure.
