  1. We add Fresh green Purslane "Baqleh" in Arabic to "Fatoosh" salad; we just wash, snip/pick the leaves off, then throw into "Fatoosh!
    Also there is a Palestinian🇵🇸 dish which is not very common where you cook the Purslane with an onion turned with olive oil on medium heat, then add some fresh tomato paste or sauce, some people would crack eggs on that and enjoy with Arabic bread! 😊
