We add Fresh green Purslane "Baqleh" in Arabic to "Fatoosh" salad; we just wash, snip/pick the leaves off, then throw into "Fatoosh! Also there is a Palestinian🇵🇸 dish which is not very common where you cook the Purslane with an onion turned with olive oil on medium heat, then add some fresh tomato paste or sauce, some people would crack eggs on that and enjoy with Arabic bread! 😊
I care for a beehive for an elderly lady that keeps a hive in her husband's honor — he was a commercial beekeeper — and she was so surprised when I picked purslane off her garden beds and ate it as is. The flavor reminds me of how grandma's house smells when my uncles are making pickles and Salsas

In Indonesia, this plant is served in a salad with spicy peanut sauce and served as a vegetable, a plant with many benefits
I've only used it in salads and stir-fries. It is delicious!
Looks amazing!!❤
I'm not sure what I'm looking at, is that thing you put the purslane on an electric grill?
