  2. Subscribed! Is this a motel or a slumlord’s rental? Anyway first time viewer and my spouse expresses desire for me to do more household cleaning. An excuse to use power tools is all I needed.

  3. You didn’t say how to clean out the sides of that plastic bar on the shower. Does it come off to clean it. It has so much gross looking stuff on the sides going into the tub.

  4. Thanks for the video .
I’m about to tackle a tub/shower in real bad shape and have all the supplies that you’ve used in this video. I’m excited to see what happens. I have a solo cleaning business and have been doing my thing going on years 3 🙂 🫧Cleaning Quest on a quest to clean your mess ✨

  5. I had a tub/shower that had stains at the bottom and I sprayed oven cleaner on it. You have to use the cold kind. Left it on there for 30 minutes or so and it completely cleaned it. I also use Tilex, but that's usually on tile and grout.

  6. I have this is same exact shower. It's an absolute nightmare all the dirt sticks to it and it takes a lot of work to get it out. I'm still working on mine because Ajax hot water and elbow grease didn't work.😢

  7. Looks like my husbands bathroom! I use to clean it once a year on his birthday but I've given up. Its beyond disgusting. 😢 I would pay someone to clean it but I don't know anybody here in Arkansas where my hubby moved us to! Lastly every place I lived the first thing I would always do was replace the shower head with a hand held shower head that had a 7' hose on it. Made it so easy to scrub it down with Soft scrub then rinse it down.

  8. Until you clean an old 1960 cast iron tub that has seen so much comet the enamel has worn off and it has rust stains and residue of nonslip stickers and hard water stains you don't come close to getting an award in my book.

  9. Personally, I'd rather scrub first and get it completely clean, then use a disinfectant. If it wasn't too bad to begin with, a cleaner/disinfectant combo would be ok. This shower, though, I'd definitely clean first, then disinfect.
