Excellent video. What are the evergreen winter flowers throughout winter?
I really need to add some winter interest to my yard and some of my flower gardens. It would really help me get throughtheseold blue cold winter's in NE Oklahoma. Thank you for sharing all these beautiful evergreen trees and shurbs and trees. Laura your the best.
I rewatch this one quite a lot. Ty for all the wonderful inspiration. So many ideas to act on. I’ll be rewatching this one quite a lot.
Hi. Do you have — or could you make, a video with recommendations for gardens that will deter snakes? I really want to plant garden beds but I am afraid of providing a new home for snakes. I’m in Texas, zone 8. Thank you! Love your videos!
Fantastic video! So much information. Really appreciate the images, the size guides et. You're a gem!
Love the prairie garden. Such a stunning and unique way to think about winter interest. I hope you guys will put in a small prairie/nativeish garden or meadow. Maybe on the newest property? Great video, lots to think about!
I would like too tell U and Ur Famlies, Thank U for all Ur Beautiful Information and knowledge 💗 I hv loved gardening my whole life, I'm in my 60's and I don't remember as I once had… And this video Wow Thank U 😊 all Ur Efforts and Beautiful pictures are Awesome and Amazing Knowledge, Beauties, Thank U, THANK U Appreciate all U do, and What a Beautiful Gift too share!! Ok one more, Thank's 😊
Great video. I’m planing on doing a winter garden in my own garden and a lot of the plants you mentioned I had already chose as options. It was amazing seeing the plants/shrubs/trees in the winter. Thanks for taking the time to create the video and share your knowledge.
I’ve never heard snow referred to as “snow floor”.
SOOOOO Helpful!!! We just purchased 20 acres in Zone 4b and looking forward to designing and planting. Thank you!!!
What zone are you in please
Laura and Aaron. That lamp post in the picture at the end of your video would look stunning in your garden.
Loved this one!
I just love this video, so amazing. Your knowledge & presentation fantastic. Unfortunately,
I don't know many of the plants etc. as I live in a semi-tropical area of northern Australia,
but I could listen to you forever. Happy New Year to everyone, Love the pics. of snow,
I've never seen real 'snow' !!!
I suggest the Hetzi Juniper….grows larger & fast.
I love the kitten jump at 36:33!
Had to rewatch this..informative..and couldn't remember the name Berry Poppins! You said you couldn't find the sweet spot! Did you mean that your area is too hot? I saw the commercial by PW and thought Laura needs this for all the bouquets she makes..I hope you find the sweet spot!
Also can your area support the Ginko tree..you need several! Love your Christmas Bouquets!! You make it look so easy..I tried..will try again. .especially love the Dogwood red branches you use.
Merry Christmas to you! God bless you and your family!🎄♥️
Careful. You don’t want your property to look like the end scene of The Shining…
Thanks for sharing, definitely inspiring ideas! 🌱 🪴 🌲
Very informative video. We lost the majority of our old white spruce trees during the past few hurricanes that blew through Atlantic Canada. I am now researching evergreens that can withstand our harsh coastal winds, and this video has given me lots of ideas. Thanks, Laura!
I have lived in snow country nearly ALL of my 64 years. I have NEVER heard anyone use the term “snow floor”. What is that? Explain please. 🤷♀️
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE This video! So much important info for designing a garden. It was like having a private conversation over a cup of coffee with you and yet I felt like I had just finished an expensive university class
Very helpful video Laura, loved all the different catagories and pictures.
I wish I could plant these in my zone 9b 😩
Thank you, Laura. You gave me a lot of great ideas. 😊💚🎄🏡
