Do youtubers just watch other peoples videos and use the same content as there own? Yes… yes they do… This is an example of that
You know how you can tell if you aren't getting enough heat in the beginning of the dish washer cycle… Open the door a few minutes in. Lol. 😅 I've done it plenty of times to quickly put something in the dishwasher and the damn thing is so hot already it's fogged to my glasses lol. And yes we have the whole "teachers a few seconds for hot water to heat up" but that also depends on your hot water system too…
Some really good tips! That little filter though will clog up way faster if you don't at least rinse (wipe) the chunky stuff off first. So, if by "don't rinse first" you mean literally just throw them in however they are, I disagree. You really need to have a talk with my wife about how to load a dishwasher though…. I've been trying to explain this to her for 20 years, and I swear, the more I explain, the more she (intentionally) does it wrong!
Put a splash on the door before turning on if you use liquid, rinse your items if you don't want to have to clean that nasty filter you find on some washers. Look up your model to see if it has a built in water heater.
My dishwasher swallows
You are dishwasher doesn't suck…? It's 'your'… 🤓
Cheers mom. Very useful.
missing a tip about salt balance, also indeed most places in the world don't hook the hot water pipe into the washer
Don't forget about rinse aid in the final rinse.
Check your grammar. "You are dishwasher…" Huh? YOUR dishwasher. How did you not see that?
Cha cha cha…dishwasher uses cold water supply and heats water! So its so silly to run hot water tap and advice others to do it 😂
Yes but if you run the water, tap water first , you might as well rinse your dishes because you're wasting water either way.
Please clean upper and lower blades.
Thanks for the tips. When I remove my filter, there is like a small swimming pool in that area. Should that water be gone when the dishwasher is done with the cleaning? Hope you can let me know if this is normal or if I should get it fix.
Very interesting!
Thanks ❤
Yours looks like mine, where it doesn't have a separate spot for pre wash, it just says prewash on mine and is all one compartment? Any tips or am I doing it wrong
My old Bosch 2 of them were great Smeg not so great and leaking after 2 years
cant wait to try this pre rinse soap thing
Thank you your video has helped and I have watched quite a few. Good job 😊
Don't forget to give your dishwasher the "TANG TREATMENT" once every six month or as needed.
Another item to keep in mind…scrape off BIG food and particles, but do NOT RINSE. Another reason to not rinse is the dish soap works better with soil on the dishes. Also if you dishes are rinsed and almost clean, the soap will ETCH glass and metal if you dont give the soap something to interact with.
Thank you – I now feel less guilty about running my half or three quarter loads – my gut said I was right
Dont forget to remove your flex spray arm and clean out the spray holes every so often. They get clogged up and clean less efficiently if not cleaned.
I'm not a dishwasher! You're a dishwasher!
If you're running your water to heat it, why not rinse your dishes? Btw, your dishwasher hearts up the water even if it's already hot. They sterilize your dishes. Not sanitize… sterilize!
I don't know what kind of dishwasher you have or how old it is, but the piece you're holding at 4:38 – that should disconnect from the metal plate, making it easier to clean. In all dishwashers I've seen , it comes out with just a twist, as if you're opening a jar. Check it out.
For the pods…they are only effective if they drop into the drum. I've seen, on numerous occasions the pod getting stuck inside the soap door and the dishes only get rinsed the entire cycle. Pods are lazy and aren't as good as actual powdered or liquid soap.
Dont rinse your dishes but run the water until it's hot.
yeah if you did not know there is a filter and never cleaned it…
Holy guacamole these are great ideas!!! Finally a useful video!! ❤
Omg! That filter tip is hands down the most important one! I didn’t find out about it until 4years ago (and I’m in my mid 50’s).
I wouldn’t call myself OCD (definitely ADD) but I take that thing out after EVERY WASH (it’s just two of us so we don’t run the dishwasher every day).
I have a longhaired cat. Love him to pieces but, I kid you not, every time I find his hairs in it!!!
Go ahead, be grossed out. Publicly sham me. Chastise my house keeping (I’m a Gen X’er so I don’t have the time or energy to get bent about what you think about me). But, if you have any pets that shed, check that filter!!!
