How do you clean your ice maker?

I usually use oven cleaner for my baking racks. I put them n a big black lawn bag and spray them and tie it closed Tightly and come back in a few hours and the racks are cleaned. I just have to rinse them off and I’m ready to go. The only drawback is that you do have to be careful when you spray the rocks are usually spray the rocks first, then put them in a plastic bag.
But thank you for all your tips because I love watching you. I wish my house was spotless is due and I’m not a fanatic about cleaning, but I make sure my house is clean.💪🌟👏🤩🤗

Vinegar in where the bleach goes (fot stinky stuff) will rinse and not smell bad.

It’s funny cuz I time my wash and dry cycles on my apple wash. 45 min to full wash. 38 min quick wash and 55 min to dry. If I’m lazy I use the whole 80 min. Plus 55 min for extra drying. I got the times stored in my apple wash for quick recall too. I time everything.

Thanks for the tip on dry dusting vs wet dusting. I never knew what to do about that.

If you spray them with oven cleaner and put them in a heavy duty garbage bag and leave them outside in hot sunshine for a day or two they wipe of easily- believe me I’ve spent hours scrubbing the and discovered the hot sunshine method by mistake- absolutely will blow your mind how easy to clean

Andrea, I loved the Microban Multipurpose Spray Cleaner. I'm an older, disabled woman with osteoporosis & rheumatoid arthritis. I can't tell you how difficult it is to get into those tight little nooks and crannies; but, I l-o-v-e a clean (therefore clean smelling) home! Your Tide rinse literally says do not use with bleach, and you put both for your whites!

I wash twice, the first wash with vinegar as the rinse aid, the second wash wirh fabric softener. I also have used vinegar for years as my rinse aid in my dishwasher, and usually double strength. Never had to replace a seal. 14:06
