8k adding no value to the house at all. Old garden 4s in, just remove the strange upright wall thing add some nice flower beds, jet wash the old sandstone and reseal. A weekend work at most £500. It would look so much better and 7.5k towards paying off the mortgage or for the holiday of lifetime !
I like the fake grass. No I don’t like insects slugs and worms and crap in usual typical British weather lol. I would add lovely fresh plants around the garden to give it some soul
