  1. I bought the professional grade teeth whitening 30% hydrogen peroxide paste to bleach my teeth at home. I also bought the blue gum protectant and blue light… will update on how they came out from home.

  2. Be specific. At home you have to use a 3% (10 volumes) maximum pure hydrogen peroxide. Using higher % will damage your teeth. Do not use the creamy version that is for hair bleaching and contains unsafe stuff to put it in your mouth. Do not gargle more than 3x a week. Final result will appear after 2 weeks or so, be patient. UV is totally useless, pure marketing.

  3. Mam please guide me mam i started eating coollip tobbaco at age of 18 and i am 19 now my gums of upper front teeths are little bit metled (like isme thodi si jagah ban gyi ha andr ko bump ho gya ha thoda sa to mam ye kya thik ho skti ha ) i mean this will get healed or recover of i stop eating tobbaco and how much time it will take to recover please help mam i amm too much sad about my gums

  4. 12% H²0² is NOT what burns and it is effective, but not alone.
What they use to cover your gums is to protect it from UV exposure, not from the H²0².
High concentration of UV exposure can cause serious damage.
The UV light is activated the H²0² to “brighten” your teeth.
3% H²0² and the rest is distilled water for over the counter use.
You need a 12%+ H²0² paste for it to be effective.

  5. The peroxide at home is not as strong, you can use it but I recommend you don't use it often because it does cause some temporary sensitivity. I used it 3 days in a row, oh boy

  6. I’m someone who permanently f*cked up my teeth by doing the hydrogen peroxide at home method. It’s been 2 years and I’m still suffering. My gums changed colour and my teeth hurts now that I have to use a special toothpaste. For more than 2 weeks it was hell that I even considered pulling all my teeth out. Do not do anything to your teeth at home. Go to a professional.

  7. I’m reporting this video for spreading dangerous misinformation.

You can’t just tell people to brush with acid bro. The least you could’ve done is to do some research and tell people what concentration to use, how long and how to keep safe.

You are aware children and impressionable teens could see this right?

  8. Hey guys! Although this is 100% true and hydrogen peroxide does shorten your teeth there are some stuff you should keep in mind. First you CANNOT get hydrogen peroxide that is of higher concentration. Dental offices use higher concentrated hydrogen peroxide making the process faster and protective with the lighting. Yes it is expensive but definetly safer. You can gargle with hydrogen peroxide of lower concentration however it will take a VERY long time to achieve white teeth. Instead try crest whitening strips they aren’t expensive but the fact that you can achieve pearly white teeth in a few days makes the 50$ price pretty good

  9. Using hydrogen peroxide out of the bottle is and expecting results like this is the worst advice I have ever heard. The concentration in a dental office is prob 8-10x more potent and has much more contact time with the teeth. If you want to use hydrogen peroxide at home safely, there are toothpastes (Colgate Optic white goes up to 5% hydrogen peroxide) and moth washes which are formulated with the correct amounts. Do NOT do what this guy says.
