Hello Flannel Guy! Thank you for this video. I am in the process of building a new construction and I plan to make sure I keep up the maintenance of my new home. Thanks again. God bless!

i knew we were in the matrix! its really 2000 not 2020
I noticed that too. It's not 2000. It was 2020. 😊
Anyone wanna make a list in the comments?
Very helpful! I’m closing on my first home at the end of next month and I’m trying to get a headstart. Thank you for this!
These are all relevant tips here in 2020 also.
Thank you so much for sharing. As a first time homeowner who know nothing about how to care a home this is a great way to have an idea where to start.
I agree, this is a great list.
Going stir crazy with not much to do and here I am now LOL
i appreciate this video. Thank you for your time!
Thank you for taking the time to post this video. You presented an excellent list that any home owner should do in Spring time. It is quite sad seeing people nowaday are so aggressive and ungrateful. Keep doing what you are doing. With people like you, the world is a much better place.
Fine job You have inspired me to work on my channel, thanks. 🐼
This guy is next level. Travelling back in time to 2000 to fix things before they even break!
Al Borland is the flannel guy
I would add one more tip, and that’s to clean the condenser on the condensing unit for your AC at least once a year preferably before turning on the AC after winter. This helps with the efficiency and puts less stress on the system. Just using a water hose and your thumb to give a good spray down should suffice. You don’t want to bend or damage the fins on the condenser.
So it is really Spring 2020 not Spring 2000.
