I learned last week that if you twist those drain cleaners as you insert and remove them, they work exponentially better. I put it in and out of a clogged shower drain about 5 times and got not much. Then I tried twisting it as I pulled it up and it pulled up a disgusting amount of hair. Like half the length of the thing and 5/8” thick of hair and slime.
As someone with ADHD who has a hard time dealing with all this kinda stuff, this video is both a nightmare and hugely informative.
I need interest rates to come down significantly so I can afford a home

A smoke pen is great for checking for drafts and/or air leaks. Its much more evident when used on a strong windy day.
Great video, as retired facility’s manager I fully agree with you! Kudos!😊
Great tips! Buying soon and could use all the help I can get 😂 I saw another video that recommended fully draining the water heater too. Although that’s maybe not a forgotten one
Today Is the day for my furnace. I just got a heat pump Installed. The guy told me that the fresh air intake should come from the outside. Right now Its done the easy way. The fresh air intake just comes from the basement. How to you guys say It from way south of us? I think Its “well hot dam” I bought all the right pipe and fittings and glue and hooking It up to the fresh air outside, well hot dam.

Careful with UV! Safety glasses are important. They won't interfere with visualizing stains.
Excellent tips. I’m adding some of these to my spring/fall house checklists for my customers. At my house I have to do a breakdown & cleaning of our vacuum cleaner——wife & daughter have lots of hair and there’s a toddler leaving crumbs everywhere.
Such great tips! Wish you had timestamp chapters in the description for reference.
Great tips, keep em coming you do a great job. Thank for the video's.
Thanks! Good tips!

Trip to the basement? That requires a hat with a flashlight strapped on it, a handgun holstered at ones side and a machete in the other hand ready for action.
My son brought a uv light on a trip with us one time , to check the motel room.
Don’t do this . You won’t want to stay in a motel ever again.
Where’s your out takes? That makes your videos authentic.
