In this video, I’m going to show you how I turned my 2 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom. At the same time I remodel the kitchen and hallway which also required work in the attic and basement. And we’re gonna do it… Right Now! 👉
Actually, let’s start with wow! What a year for my family and I! For the past year, I’m going to show you what our life has been like; non-stop, calculated remodels to not throw our life into shambles, and well, sometimes exhausting. I must have well over one hundred hours of unedited footage. 😲
Maybe one day I’ll post it all, bloopers, outtakes, you name it, but for today, you’ll get 40 minutes of the epic 3-in-1 remodel. From remodeling the kitchen, the hallway, a 3rd bedroom but also adding in some attic and basement projects to support those remodels, I’ll go over my thought process while completing it all. And don’t you worry, there is a great surprise(s) thrown in there!
I wanted to thank you all for your years of support and I truly appreciate you watching my videos. I hope you enjoy this video! And if this is your first time consider subscribing for more home repair content like this!

Phenomenal job. This kind of let me know how over my head i might be. And great commentary and commentary voice. Is it just me, or do you sound like Ray Liotta.
Thumbs up for the plot twist and great renovation.
Fantastic
Turned out great! How long did it take? & what was the cost?
the plot twist !! top tier content
Great video. I really like the commentary!
Congratulations oh wow twins ❤❤
Is house reconstruction allowed by law in the USA?
Love it. That home was meant to be like that. It's only when you feel that, you know it's well done.
👏👏👏👍
Bro…….. you’re a straight up badass
You dont tape your drywall joints?
I was born 3/29/64 !! 3 days after the mirror installation !
Oh man, if worked it right, could have made a play area in the attic with stairs. Left most of the ceiling open. I wouldn't have left those stairs but put a set that wouldn't move. Platform, railing so he wouldn't fall.
❤😢😊
This is so incredibly interesting! 😊
The plot twist at the end!!! 💯💯💯 congrats
This was quite a jumble of new framing, but it made the insulating and drywalling so much more satisfying once it was done !
Beautifully done! Congratulations x2!!🎉🎉💜💜
Am I a diy’er or fix it yourself’er…no, no I am not. Did I watch this whole video? Yes, yes I did. Nice job.
I love ALL your videos, great job!
Some clothes were dugged up into ceiling, it's looking very awkward. Would have removed all those clothes from roof for clean structure.
You’re a beast if only I had your level of know how!!!
Great video men,good job.Thank you
wow! The project came out beautiful and congrats on the babies
"Do you think removing the archway (04:50) was the right call? I feel like it could have added character to the space, but the extra clearance is hard to argue with. What do you all think?"
Man you’re a real catch. 😊
How much would you have charge to do this for someone else?
Man I learned a lot of tips enjoyed your videos
@33:10: Best help ever!
With that kind of help you just guaranteed the best labour ever!

wow such a very handy man, you did such an amazing job! With your skills you definitely can build your own entire house 😃
Plot twist!!! Congratulations!
Not the arch D:
I understand when you say "nothing is level or perfect". My husband and I gutted and remodeled a farm home built in 1900. It was a lot of shims and rebuilding if walls and shoring up old walls. Plus this house is true lumber. Everything is for example a true 2 x 4. Lol try matching that up with todays lumber sizes. Plus every room was lath and plaster. That was a dusty mess and lots of hauling out of heavy buckets of plaster. Lol more like cement. It is all done but a few finishing touches.
Nice job!
you make it look so easy. wish i had your skills. great job
I can't afford a remodel but watching was fun.
