  1. Hi we watch you every week keep up the good work your doin great love the videos I’ve been meaning to to ask are you goin to do a Christmas special video lol 👍

  2. I absolutely love watching your videos on this house, been subscribed and watching for a few years now since the early days on the old renovation! But I am just completing on my house in 11 days and I am very glad I pulled out of my renovation. So much mud and mucking – I knew deep down I wasn't made for this, fun as you make it seem!

  3. Great job, takes me back to when we did our bungalow, although I have to say, my wife used to disappear when we did the big jobs !! Have you thought about lighting on the steps ? now would be a good time to put cables in, should you wish to add to your ever growing list of jobs.. Looking forward to the next instalment, keep pressing on.

  4. Hi guys love your work and how you pull together. Is it possible to number the episodes so that we your viewers don't waste time going over things we have seen already . Loved the way you built the retainers wish I had seen that before I built mine. with a breeze inner and brick outers. that was 30 years ago and they are still doing a great job. like you guys I was a young dad with 2 boys so it was D.I.Y. or nothing it all took time but we got there . Sorry you had a detracter with green eyes bet they wish they had your drive and enthusiasm. Keep rocking cant wait for your next installment.

  5. I'd recommend putting in a couple of flexible ducts in from the house to the driveway, at some point you'll need some garden lights and possibly electric gates/EV charger in the future. Easier to install now than after you've finished the driveway. It's unbelievable how many people finish a garden/driveway renovation then think about lighting/power.

  6. Great video. If your friends in Wales have neighbours water feeds through their house, won't that cause issues further down when there is an issue? True 'Paloma Faith' to leave them there. It's true that working for other people is great stress reliever…for a day. 😅😅

  7. Hello Nicky & Harri – those steps look amazing – so beautifully tied in to the existing ones. Made me giggle to see Alfie limbering up before tackling that task! 1:35. I'm so glad you received your planning permission. You totally deserve it. I have to say Nicky you are clearly an inspiration to all woman (older and younger) especially to little Charlotte in that you can achieve anything you put your mind to regardless of your physical strength. If you've got the motivation and sheer determination as you do, you'll achieve your dreams! I love the Lego creation she made. ❤ The brick throwing and catching 4:31 was impressive – years of netball and basketball! Love the cat who literally said "hello". Keep doing what you're doing and keep smiling you two! xx

  8. Hi Guys, great video and you are making amazing progress. Can I ask one favour, please don't shout "Alexa" on your videos, my Alexa got very confused and kept asking me what I wanted. She would not shut up 😂😂. Seriously you two, Harry your Dad would be so proud of you both. Bishbashbosh!!!

  9. I wish you guys had more videos! Even like a mid week update or something! I so look forward to your videos each week!! Congratulations all the way from Australia on your planning approval! 😍🙌🏼

  10. Loving the content guys been watching since the begining of this project!! keeps me very entertained While I am editing!! 🙂 Keep it coming!!!! Are you going to put lights in the steps or on the side to make them pop at night? 🙂

  11. Good news on the planning, now you can really crack on.
One thing i noticed when you helped Paloma and Chris is when you laid the underground pipe you need to chamfer the end of the pipe before inserting into a fitting, otherwise as you push the fittings on it will cut the seal or fold it back in the fitting which will leak later on. It's worth letting them know this and checking before they concrete the floor.

  12. Congrats on getting your planning permission,& loads of of us are well happy you got it,except the one jealous numbty who needs to get back in their closet 😂✊🏻 Our country needs more people like yourselves to save these old ugly houses,& turn them into something special.
