It’s a beautiful sophisticated bedroom. A showroom. Not my style, though. I prefer warm, soft, and comfy feel —I do like the rug and bedside lamps (not the color). You have taught me a lot of good design strategies —priceless.

Nice but this is elegant I need something more simple i have a walk in closet and have a call king bed which will only fir next to window or on the other south side of room. And I have a loveseat that n I longer want on the end of my bed. Cause I rather put two nice chairs.
I have 2 recliners one to large and other it belonged to my mom and needs to be upholstered. Which I don't have an idea how to do. Any suggestions for me. Help me out with this project.
I do love your designs, however, those of us who are not lucky enough to have such huge rooms, can't really take many of your design choices into our small rooms. I plan to redecorate my master bedroom which is only 12ft square facing north. I have purchased a new grey velvet-type headboard and am thinking of very pale grey paint, and new hardwood flooring, but wondered if a wallpaper with silver streaking would give it a pop, but that's about as exotic as I can get.

Our Asian culture have follow “Not to”. I just tell you so you will communicate with them before hand. This bedroom- 1) big no to us Asian, mirrors facing or around the bed! Lol bad Fengshui ! Bad for relationships and older people even think it will attract ghosts. 2) 2nd big No is bed staged in front of windows, because it is bed for health and older people thing only dead people live like so. So just suggest you not to make these mistakes with Asian, make sure to communicate with them about Fengshui , belief and culture…. For yourself to live I would say that was incredible transformation. 🙂

How did you decide on the many choices of white?? It’s hard to tell, but since you’re using peach or salmon curtains “I think” is the paint color taupe hue!
Also, I’m always surprised how comfortable you are at placing (your bed) under a window, it looks lovely. Every time I suggest doing it my husband goes into mental meltdown. He will say I’m nuts to cover up our view, but my bedrm, hasn’t many choices to place my bed in a “command position,” “meaning opposite the entry door.”

Was looing to see how they got rid of all the wall paper can you just stucco over it or ? Im looking at houses in Oklahoma and i see so many have wallpaper , when i grew up in Boston thats all we had back then , I live in Vegas now and everything is painted or stucco textures …. trying to get ideas on an easy fix on wallpaper without steaming all that off ~ everything looks beautiful on this project ~
