  1. Great video – thank you. By any chance do you have an inspection list for new construction? I am sure there are areas that I should look at and verify for our new home. If not, no big deal. Its just a question. Keep up the great work.

  2. I think you should add checking attics. I work as an apprentice electrician, and something we found often was heavy leaking from the roof that was not visible from the outside. And sometimes storm damage is internal, just like checking the crawl space for water. I would recommend doing it in the winter. No one wants to be in an attic during the summer🥵
