I’m so tired of seeing everybody copying each other, throwing logs in the beds. This does not work.. I put logs in multiple beds over 15 years ago and they’re still in there. SMH

What if I don't have large branches, but have uncomposted waste 2 pale full & then soil, will this work?

Throw a few old shoes in. And a hoody too. Saves you having to throw them out.

A sunjoe electric wood chipper works great for raised bed filler, too. Mulches up all the sticks and twigs around my property.

Too much brown. Its gonna rob nitrogen from your plants the first few years. 😊

weeds coming up from that far down not a problem. In my experience the logs don't really break down much.

Weeds aren't going to grow from 2' down fruitcake. 😅

The pine will be neutral by the time it composts. not a problem.

I spent $100 last year on two raised beds. It was a failure. I probably got $10 worth of cherry tomatoes out of our deal. Done.

Apparte il fatto che è un metodo che esiste da centinaia di anni, comunque grazie per averci mostrato tutti i procedimenti sbagliati che dobbiamo evitare, spiego il primo errore le tavole non trattate dureranno un paio d'anni scarsi poi saranno marce, il secondo errore è sprecare legna da ardere, bisogna usare gli scarti di legno roba piccola è decisamente meglio. Il cartone e pieno di additivi chimici esempio un prodotto antincendio, quindi meglio non usarlo. Tutti esperti sù YouTube, poi almeno 80% dei video sono inutili.

It is a bad to add wood down there. As it decomposed it capture the nitrogen of the soil. It is not good to add to the soil anything that is not fully decomposed.

those branches don't look like pine to me. the vid quality is low but they look more like fir or spruce.
